Over-N-Out

Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 23, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 23, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Over-N-Out, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Over-N-Out Is

Over-N-Out is a push-to-talk voice communication app for iOS. It allows users to join named Wires (channels) and transmit voice in real time to other participants. It is intended for personal, family, and organizational use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Over-N-Out to:

Wires are open by name — anyone who knows a Wire name can join it. You are responsible for the Wire names you share and who you share them with.

Service Limitations and Availability

Over-N-Out is provided as-is. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, connection reliability, or audio quality. The following limitations apply and may change over time.

Wire Participant Limits

Wires currently support up to 20 participants. This is a launch-period limit and will change when tiered plans are introduced in a future update.

Free Tier Limits

The free tier currently includes:

These limits are subject to change when paid tiers are introduced. Users will be notified of material changes via an app update.

Auto-Disconnect Behavior

To conserve device resources and infrastructure, Over-N-Out will automatically disconnect you from a Wire under the following conditions:

Auto-disconnect is especially relevant for always-on use cases such as security monitoring. If uninterrupted connection is critical to your use case, monitor the app periodically. Paid tiers will support persistent connections when available.

Wire Captions Accuracy

Wire Captions uses on-device automated speech recognition to transcribe voice transmissions. Wire Captions will contain errors. Transcription accuracy varies based on audio quality, speaker clarity, accents, background noise, and device capability. No guarantee of accuracy is made or implied.

Wire Captions is provided as an accessibility aid only. It must not be relied upon as the sole means of receiving safety-critical, medical, legal, or time-sensitive communications.

Background Audio

Over-N-Out uses a background audio session to maintain connectivity when the app is not in the foreground. iOS may terminate background processes under memory pressure. We cannot guarantee continuous background operation on all devices or iOS versions.

Intellectual Property

Over-N-Out, including its name, logo, and design, is owned by Corey Blevins. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
