Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Over-N-Out account and the personal data associated with it.

Request deletion

To delete your account, email us from the address tied to your account:

Send the request from your account email so we can verify the account. We respond to and action deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data linked to it, including:

Your email address and authentication record
Your callsign (public display name)
Your subscription status
Your push-notification (device) token
Your friends list and wire memberships / access lists

Voice transmissions are sent in real time and are never recorded or stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there.

Retention

Your data is removed from our active databases within 30 days of the request. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in Play Store → Subscriptions before or after deleting.
